VANILLA INGREDIENTS
Calcium caseinate, vegetable oil preparation (sunflower oil, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate, mono- and di-glycerides, lecithin, mixed tocopherols as antioxidant, silicon dioxide), fructose. Contains 2 percent or less of: cellulose gel, cellulose gum, maltodextrin, dipotassium phosphate, aspartame (non-nutritive sweetener), magnesium carbonate, magnesium oxide, natural and artificial flavors, silicon dioxide, beta carotene color, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A palmitate, niacinamide, zinc sulfate, reduced iron, copper gluconate, D calcium pantothenate, vitamin D3, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, vitamin B12, folic acid, biotin, potassium iodide.

DIRECTIONS
Shake: For best results mix contents of one packet with 8 ounces of cold water. Add half the water first to prevent the powder from sticking to the bottom of a blender or shaker bottle. Blend on high speed or shake bottle vigorously until powder is fully mixed. Let beverage sit for 3 minutes to allow powder to completely dissolve into
water. If reduced thickness is desired, use and additional 4-6 ounces of water when mixing.

Pudding: Mix packet contents with 4 ounces of cold water. Follow similar mixing steps for Shake. Pour mixed pudding into bowl and let sit for 3 minutes before
eating.
